District Attorney Jackie Johnson is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a life-long resident of Southeast Georgia. She grew up in Alma and resides in Woodbine. Jackie has represented you as District Attorney since 2010.

Processes more than 4,000 criminal cases each year.
Manages four offices and 45 employees in five counties on a balanced budget.
Succeeds at trial and on appeal against criminals over 90% of the time.
Works with Law Enforcement to build better cases against violent offenders and child predators.
Secures prison time without parole for murder and aggravated sex offenses.
Partners with Safe Harbor Children's Center to help children who are victims of sexual abuse.
Chairman of the Camden Criminal Justice Council.
Member of the Wayne County Criminal Justice Council.
Served on the Governor's Council for Criminal Justice Reform.
2019 Liberty Bell Award from the Glynn County Bar for service to crime victims.
